Who is Mr. Normal? Rising out of the factories of Elizabeth, New Jersey and arriving in the alleyways of East Los Angeles, singer-songwriter Joe formed his explosive band THE ANYTOWN'RS with bassist TONY BABYLON, drummer TONY SNOW, and ace guitarist MICHAEL "LUCKY" LOCKWOOD (of LIONS & GHOSTS fame).
